Welcome

I am so excited to finally be sitting down and starting this. Writing a blog has been on my ‘to-do’ list for far too long and its time to put the plan into ACTION.

*I’m a mom of two crazy kiddos Sophia (7) and Jay (almost 4) and have been married to my wonderful husband Dino for almost 9 years!

*I’m passionate about health and fitness! So much so that I’m in the process of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer!

*I love sharing and helping others reach their goals. For the last three years I have worked as a Beachbody coach, building a successful team and helping hundreds of people start their fitness journey and reaching their goals! I love sharing recipes that have worked for me, my favorite workouts, and any wisdom and insight I have learned on my journey through experience and personal development.

So what can you expect from my blog?

  • Real life stories and experiences. With two crazy kiddos and a busy life, I like to keep it REAL, RAW, and show my lows as well as my highs.
  • Recipes that are healthy, family friendly, and some that aren’t 🙂 Life is about 80/20 and I’m a girl that can appreciate a good meal (especially if my husband is cooking it!). I’m not the best cook in the world so I’m sure you’ll again see some of my big fails in the kitchen.
  • Lots of personal development posts that are meant to lift you up and inspire you. I love reading a book that teaches me something!
  • My favorite workouts and workout moves!
  • Other things I just love
